| PMPO Easement Project: Birch Hill Roads |
Road Marker 30 & 32 and to the East
The Birch Hill area Easement Project is in process and one area is nearly done.
Over the years, we have discovered documents showing easements from several properties. This includes road surveys for a portion of the area dated 1959. Other deeds reference easements from 1895 and 1923, 30's, 40's and 50's. We also have an Assessor's map showing a survey on the far east side of Birch Hill and a subdivision map involving properties and others along Road Marker 32J with easements shown for each parcel. Here is Assessor's Map #19 signed by the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, January 1932.
Our focus will be road by road, working with all known easements and maps to clear up the roads highlighted in light green on the map below.
Do you have documents in your paperwork for your property showing a plotted road to Crestline? What we are hoping to find are legal descriptions to cabins similar to what we have for 'Cabin One' on Road Marker 28.
